Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding the following thresholds:
- 450 EUR for all countries within the European Union
- 450 GBP for the United Kingdom
- 450 USD for the Rest of the World
For orders below these amounts, the shipping costs will be as follows:
- EU & Switzerland: 15 EUR
- United Kingdom: 15 GBP
- United States, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: 25 USD
Returns are subject to the same shipping charges.
For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties and fees may apply.
We will cover these costs for most delivery destinations.
However, duties and customs fees are not covered for the following countries and regions: Iceland, Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, French Guiana, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam.
Order Notification and Shipping Information
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique order number and serving as your receipt.
Please note that our orders are typically shipped within two business days from the moment they are placed.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a follow-up email with tracking details for your convenience, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Our courier partner is DHL. To track your order, simply click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. This will direct you to the courier’s website, where you can view the most up-to-date information on your shipment.
How to Return an Item?
You may return any unworn and unused items (except made-to-order products, which due to their bespoke nature are not eligible for return) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure the products are returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and the packaging intact. For footwear, kindly place the shoebox inside protective packaging.
To initiate a return, simply complete the online return procedure available at this link. Your request will be reviewed by our Customer Care team, who will confirm whether the return is approved via email.
We have included a pre-printed* return label with your order.
Returns can be dropped off at your nearest DHL location, or you can schedule a collection via the DHL website, using your Waybill number.
Please keep a copy of the proof of return postage for your records.
Please note: Returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in our policy will not be accepted.
*The cost for returns using our pre-printed return label is the same as the shipping fees. Once your return will be received and accepted, the relevant amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
When will I receive a refund for my order?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method within 14 days.
